So a very long story short…
We had dinner with David’s mom and Dad on Sunday…
After dinner we were putting the dishes away and found out that the carpet in the dining room was soaking wet…
David’s dad went under the house and found out that water was leaking from somewhere and so they called a plumber…
The plumber finds that a pipe in the upstairs bathroom was leaking…
It leaked into the wall…down the telephone lines…under the kitchen floor…and into the dining room carpet…
Here is the big kicker…
Last year they completly remodeled the kitchen…
The brand new flooring has to be completly replaced…carpet replaced…and they may even have to replace the wall…
So yeah…crazy…
And the worst part is its all molded…
They couldn’t even stay at their home because of the mold…
Here is the upside to all the craziness…
Our apartments have fully furnished short term housing a LOT cheaper than any hotel…
So I made some calls and poof they have a place to stay till they have it all fixed…
And they are staying in our nice apartments…

So there you have it…
Will fill you in on how things go…
I was just glad that I could help out somewhat…

Also this situation is pretty crazy in itself…
David’s Aunt had to have a masectomy on Wendsday…
She found out a couple weeks ago that she has breast cancer…
She is still in the hospital…but she will recover…

So there you have it…
