So I finally started working out again…
I did 15 mins on the treadmill…
10 mins on the bike…
30 reps with 5lb weights…
and tons of stretching…
For not having worked out in forever I think I did pretty good…
Gotta get in shape for the vacation…
I also only ate my weight watchers food for breakfast and lunch…
Only had one coke…the rest of the day water…
If anyone has some websites I can go to for stretches and advice on exersizes for stomache and legs…I would appreciate it…
Hopefully I will start loosing some more weight…
but mainly I need to build up some endurance for walking all those parks…
