Goals accomplished this past week:
-I made it to the gym 5 days in a row. This was actually pretty hard to do considering my transportation issue. My friend Becky has been amazing at offering to take me on the days David works. On the days David doesn’t work though it takes me a while to get him ready to go but we got there. Then on Friday I had no idea how I was going to get to the gym and Mom Taylor came over just to give me a ride. It’s so amazing having the support of family and friends through this!
-I went from only being able to do 20 mins on the stationary bike to doing 30! I’ll do 30 most of next week then bump it up to 40.
-I’ve lost 6 pounds total!!!!!
If I lose 2 more pounds I will be under 200 for the first time in 3 years!!!!!!
So now I relax for the weekend then back at it again on Monday.
