So today was a huge challenge. I got only 4 hours of sleep last night. It was storming and we were out of sleep medicine. On days like these I usually crash mid day and can’t get much of anything done, not today. It was really tough but I pushed past it. I got my 30 minute stationary bike workout in!
I wouldn’t say I feel amazing after having worked out but I’m glad I did it. I have to stick to my program and caving in because I’m having a rough day one day turns into caving to another day and then another.
I’m so ready to get a good nights sleep tonight though and hit the gym again tomorrow ☺
