the last couple of days haven’t gone that great…
my stomache has been really upset…
I finally figured out why…
with my calorie diet i just started drinking diet drinks with nutrasweet in them…
since i started drinking them i have been having really bad stomache cramps and stomache problems…
i looked up the side affects of nutrasweet and there you have it…
all of the stuff i was struggeling with was on there…
so no more nutrasweet for me…
guess i’m allergic to the stuff and didn’t know it…
so now i’m drinking lots of water and trying to get this stuff out of my system…
